Position: Technical Support Engineer - Integrations
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (Highly likely conversion to FTE)
Pay Range: $40-46/hr
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of the platform
- Resolve technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or answer technical questions about the software and platform
- Analyze data to isolate potential causes of issues
- Collaborate with others to accomplish personal and group goals
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Web Services experience (SOAP/REST)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ping, Telnet)
- Scripting and familiarity with a programming language (JavaScript preferably)
- Relational databases concepts (MySQL preferably)
Nice to Haves:
- SSO and authentication
- Understanding of Email Troubleshooting (e.g., O365, Exchange)
