Job Title: SAP Project Manager (Multiple Full Lifecycle Implementations)

Location: Somerset, NJ

Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days per week)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager with a proven track record of leading and successfully completing multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management:

o Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple full lifecycle SAP projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

o Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all project objectives are met within agreed timelines and financial constraints.

o Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Engagement:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, managing relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

o Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

o Work closely with business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure that project outcomes meet the strategic goals of the organization.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

o Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

o Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

o Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project team members, promoting a unified approach to achieving project goals.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

o Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

o Monitor and control project progress, addressing any deviations from the project plan promptly to keep the project on track.

o Ensure that all project deliverables meet the organization s quality standards and comply with industry best practices.

Process Improvement:

o Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and implementing process enhancements in future projects.

o Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery and add value to the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR) and experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP projects in a global or multi-site environment.
