Our client, a communications agency with many offices is looking to hire a Senior Digital Media Specialist. The Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital media campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will play a critical role in enhancing the agency's clients' online presence, driving engagement, and generating leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding and experience in programmatic advertising, ad trafficking, paid social campaigns, campaign reporting, streaming audio, and video, and email marketing, as well as a firm understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, reporting, and best practices.

This is an in-person role for our client's Nashville office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5+ years of digital media experience involving media planning and buying, programmatic campaign management, optimization, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic Buying Platforms a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional detail orientation and commitment to high-quality work


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of strategic paid digital recommendations based on parameters such as goals, target audience, geography, timing, and budget
  • Coordinate, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns on various digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Adobe, Google, Bing, Email, Streaming Radio, and other Programmatic DSPs
  • Craft rationale for recommendations and format into presentations for internal and/or client-facing purposes
  • Work with Account Teams and Strategists to ensure client goals/objectives are clearly defined and ultimately achieved
  • Build, optimize, and, in collaboration with our analysts, report meaningful results and deliver campaign performance insights
  • Coordinate creative trafficking within internal digital ad platforms
  • Effectively manage digital media budgets and assist with billing reconciliation
