Nature's Seed, a leading online supplier of premium seed, is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated Customer Support Specialist. This is an entry-level position with potential for advancement. This position is integral to the success of Nature's Seed and the happiness of our customers.

  • Manage incoming customer emails, chats, and phone calls and provide appropriate solutions/resolutions
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
  • Perform customer returns & refunds
  • Initiate shipping carrier claims
  • Facilitate customer will-call orders

Working Conditions:

While this is an office position, please note that you will be required to work near an environment containing dust and other plant related debris. People with asthma or known allergens to grasses, pollen, etc. should not apply.

Requirements:

Experience / Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of adaptation and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with CRM systems / customer service ticketing systems, and best practices, specifically with Help Scout preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience working in eCommerce, specifically with WooCommerce preferred, but not required
  • Existing experience in or a strong willingness to learn about planting seeds and/or agriculture is a plus. However, product and industry training will be provided
  • Ability to commute in-office at our Lehi, UT location during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)
  • At times overtime may be required and will be compensated by state law
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Outlook Email
  • Experience with Fishbowl (inventory management software)
  • Experience with ShipStation (shipping platform)


Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly Wage
