Responsibilities
- Strong experience with Selenium and UiPath.
- Proven track record of leading and managing automation teams.
- Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Good understanding of test automation best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Previous experience working in Agile environments.
- Certifications in UiPath or Selenium will be advantageous.
- Lead and managed the Automation Team to ensure the efficient delivery of automation projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and UiPath.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in automation testing, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and performance of automation projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, facilitating their professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and automation tools to enhance the team’s capabilities.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges in the automation process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
