The Sales Operations Analyst is a centralized resource to help maintain accuracy in the Salesforce.com tool, lead user adoption, and assist leadership with actionable analytics. This role is accountable for ownership of the Salesforce.com tool which consists of; user management, data quality, daily user support, project/enhancement management, ongoing training, management of system security and many ad hoc functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Integrity and Management:

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce.com, including:
    • Customer Master Data Quality
    • Product Integrity
    • Duplicate Record Management
    • Opportunity Quality Control
    • Reporting
    • User Management
    • Support Controls for Integrations with Oracle

Daily User Support:

  • Manage the central support mailbox for over 650 users.
  • Escalate issues to the Sales Automation Manager when necessary.
  • Provide training for all new hires.

Project/Enhancement Management:

  • Gather and Analyze Business Requirements from various cross-functional groups
  • Work with Manager to formulate systematic solution
  • Work cross functionally to drive operational solutions
  • Clearly communicate requirements to IT developers and thoroughly test solution in Sandbox environment
  • Create detailed How To documentation and train sales users on new functionality to gain user adoption
  • Proactively look for areas of process improvement

Lead Management:

  • Assist the Marketing team with lead routing and visibility issues.
  • Prepare annual lead routing rules based on the Fiscal Year Sales Organization setup.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in sales analytics or sales operations.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce.com experience is required.
  • Finance experience is a plus.
  • Quick learner with excellent computer application skills and the ability to learn and apply new applications.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strives and drives for results with a strong desire to contribute.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Salesforce.com certification is preferred.
