Director of Compliance

A growing health insurance group is seeking for a talented Director of Compliance and Privacy to join their organization. The Director of Compliance and Privacy will be responsible for managing 10 states and over 1M members on areas such as regulatory compliance, fraud waste and abuse (FWA), and privacy initiatives. The Director of Compliance and Privacy will implement compliance procedures and audit schedules for both government and commercial plans.

Additional Responsibilities:

• 7+ years’ experience of compliance and privacy leadership for a multi-state health insurance organization
• Managing a team of 8 that will implement policies and procedures and maintain compliance initiatives in areas such as Office of Inspector General (OIG), state departments, claims mitigations, HIPAA security, and the healthcare exchange.
• Review compliance investigations, support regulatory reporting, and strong understanding of Commercial and Medicare Advantage requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree is required
