Role Description

Seeking a Superstar Executive Assistant to our high growth Forensic & Valuation Services group. Exceptional Project Management and Organizational Skills are a must.

About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our leadership team, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and initiatives. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be key in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and driving project timelines to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

+Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.

+Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting agendas.

+Lead project management efforts, including tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.

+Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff, facilitating communication and organization across the company.

+Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

+Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

+Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role with project management responsibilities.

+Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

+Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and project management tools.

+A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

+Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
