Senior Account Executive/Client Relationship Director NY or TX Based

Position Summary
This position is remote but with opportunities to work and celebrate in person. In this position, you will represent our firm as a strategic advisor and trusted services consultant to the company's largest client accounts, developing a deep understanding of their strategic business challenges and aligning our portfolio of consulting services. Candidate should be based out of TX or NY.
What You ll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted services consultant to the largest client accounts: develop a deep understanding their business challenges and strategic initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with the global services delivery team to align to the company's service offerings with a client s strategic goals ultimately growing our relationship year over year
- Along with support from Marketing, build, prospect, and drive new opportunities through strategic outreach and other channels such as Microsoft partner and industry events
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of the organization in order to develop and manage a continuous 24-month sales pipeline as well as accurately forecast and exceed annual sales objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the entire sales funnel process from initial interest to negotiation and close; ensure client satisfaction post-implementation
- Where applicable, productize company service offerings to help the entire organization grow brand awareness and efficiently scale revenue opportunities and client service experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a quota-bearing Information Technology Consulting Services Sales role
- Proven track record exceeding revenue objectives, including successful closure of million-dollar consulting services agreements
- Deep industry knowledge in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries a major plus
- Command of Microsoft s Enterprise Software catalog including Business Applications, Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure, Digital & Application Innovation, and Data & AI solutions
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills; ability to build rapport with all levels and functions of an organization.
- Services oriented consulting mindset; must be able to understand both business and technical requirements and effectively align company's service offerings
- Excel in a fast-paced, fun, small company environment where you can confidently navigate the complexities and needs of various clients based on their unique business and industry challenges
- Comfortable with change in a high-growth organization; ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, and adapt quickly to be effective in a highly dynamic environment
- Start-up mentality; you are team-oriented, resourceful, resilient, empathetic, curious, yet humble
