  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

General Information about the Epic CKD Team:
We have established a partnership with Epic, the market leader in Electronic Health Records (EHRs), with the goal of maximizing physician satisfaction and improving the quality outcomes of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. The tools and support the team delivers are used by nephrology practices to manage CKD patient populations in promoting better outcomes and interoperability, while improving physician experience and aiding in revenue cycle practice management. The CKD EHR by Epic, is offered to nephrology practices that are independently owned and operated. Many of these practices are smaller than typical Epic customers and value independence while leveraging the best available industry technology.

  • Oversee team of 5 team members supporting the user, security, and provisioning process for Epic team
  • Review existing process and pain points and provide recommendations and support for process improvement
  • Provide build and technical support to team; ensure best practices are being followed
  • Mentor and coach team members on how to best support users, security, and provisioning for a complex Epic organization
  • Technical knowledge in Epic users and security
  • Experience leading small to mid sized teams
