As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to strengthen our teams.
Reporting directly to the Director of Support you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to implementation, as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. You will be part of a team of 2 people.

As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to strengthen our teams.
Reporting directly to the Director of Support you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to implementation, as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. You will be part of a team of 2 people.
Your Principal Missions
Provide before sales support
- Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests,
- Manage test and support equipment including product check, scheduling,
- Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering,
- Attending in dedicated Trade Shows and Conferences to support the Sales team.
- Online support (Desk, Team-Viewer, mail, phone, ...),
- On site assistance for installation and commissioning,
- Onsite or remote customer training,
- Manage and Follow equipment return for tests and repairs.
- Technical document writing and reviewing (Documentation, Technical articles, test reports, etc.),
- New products / firmware / software test and review,
- Link between sales, customers and R&D to provide feedback about bugs and wished improvements.
This position will require frequent travels.
Description Du Profil
- A solid traning/education in geomatics or embedded systems engineering, with knowledge, ideally, in navigation and postioning systems (land, air and maritime).
- You have an experience of minimum 2 years in the similar position.
- Measurment analysis tools (preferably Octave/Matlabb), Positioning & Navigation systems (GNSS, Inertial, Imagary, Lidar, etc. ..) is no secret to you ?
- You have a good level of English.

- 1 On-site interview with the manager (parallaly, meet the teams and visit our office)

- Permanent contract. Location : Santa Ana, CA

- Salary conditions: Renumeration based on the profile.
