This is a W-2-only position (no staffing agencies or contractors). Must be currently in the U.S.A.

Candidate must be able to work onsite at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.
The schedule is 8 am-5 pm CST.

Duties:
Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Engineering assignments/projects. Provides observations and tests EDI solutions. Can provide best testing practices for enterprise data warehouse and data lake which store all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client, and Benefits data; ensuring that data integrity is maintained throughout workflows. Reviews methods, processes, tools, and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns. Participates in the delivery of the definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across the enterprise via analytics and reporting. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Information Management but works on broader projects, which require an understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
Call out Business and Technical Requirements for all 5010 EDI transactions: 270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837i, 837p, and 837d and unsolicited transactions (271U, 277U).

Work closely with EDI to ensure accuracy in data transmissions and shared processes.
Follow project milestones and be responsible for creating test data executing test scripts and defining test plans from functional, regression, and performance testing through acceptance for Web Services/APIs SOAPUI.

Interact with users by conducting User Acceptance Testing UAT to ensure that the total functionality of the application was met by complying with all the business requirements
Follow the testing progress during status meetings and prepared contingency plans when required.

Conduct weekly status meetings to discuss the testing progress and weekly activities.
Perform Test Data set as a pre-requisite to executing use cases during system testing.

Knowledge on ITXA, Sterling File Gateway, EDI Map Testing, BPML, GPM& BPEL, XML,XSLT,XSD,WSDL, Sterling Secure Proxy, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, Sterling Control Center, MFT, Troubleshooting, GIS Map Editor, Visual Mapper, Performance Improvement Strategies.
ANSI X12 HIPAA: 837 Claims (Institutional, Dental, Professional), 835 (Claim Payment/Remittance), 834 (Benefit Enrolment), 276 & 277 (Claim Status), 270 & 271 (Patient Eligibility), 278, 999, TA1.
Extensive Knowledge on Testing EDI Applications
Extensive Knowledge on Onboarding a New Partner and testing all strategies and possibilities not leaving any room for errors
Extensive experience in trading partner configurations/ validations
Experience in understanding Real-Time processes.
Highly Experienced in HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), Health Care industry providing Business Process Assessment, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Implementation and Testing.
Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Methodologies and techniques. Conversant with all phases of Project Life Cycle including Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, Software quality standards and configuration management and change management and Quality procedures.

Proficient in developing and executing Test Procedures, Test plans, Test Scripts, verification, test result validation, performing functional, usability and ensuring that the software meets the system requirements. Documented all phases of QA process
Experienced in software analysis, Requirements Management, Quality Assurance, Modeling, Configuration Management and Change Management
Proficient in Manual and Automated Testing of applications developed on Windows and Web Environment
Have an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience of various kinds of testing GUI application testing, Back End testing, Database testing, Front-end testing, Functional Testing, System testing on, Client-server, stand-alone, and web-based applications with multiple server domains
Test expert at various levels/stages - Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing
Hands-on experience utilizing SOAPUI for testing web services
Self-starter and ability to adapt and learn new Technologies Quickly.
Capable of working independently and/or as a part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in client interface and user training.
Act as a point of contact regarding defect statresolution for the Development team, QA team.
Interact with the developers in fixing all the problem
