Duties

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Office, and file management systems
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles using QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
