Description

We are looking for an OEM Systems Content Creator to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Plano, Texas. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The OEM Systems Content Creator will be responsible for creating content for instructional use, reviewing and approving use case diagrams, and delivering content in various formats, such as video.

Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive and engaging content using Lucid Chart or PowerPoint for instructional purposes.
Develop two versions of content: a basic overview for a broad understanding and a detailed version with links to chapters sorted by functions.
Work collaboratively with product owners to understand the importance of each system and incorporate this knowledge into content creation.
Review and approve use case diagrams before proceeding with content creation.
Utilize skills in automation design, content creation, content development, and content editing to create high-quality instructional content.
Ensure all content is in a standard video format like MP4 for easy accessibility and understanding.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in content creation within the manufacturing industry, specifically for OEM Systems
Proficient in content development and editing for various platforms and audiences
Strong understanding and experience in automation design
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using content management systems and other relevant software
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex information
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing new content ideas.
