Thisposition will focus on facilitating and processing the agency requests receivedby the delivery center from supported agencies, ensuring that there is goodcommunication with our customers throughout the process. The business approvalprocess is long and complex, and there is currently a backlog of requests. Tosucceed in this position, candidates will need to be a self-starter who isorganized and detail oriented, as well as possess excellent customer serviceskills.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Gathering, preparing, and submitting informationand documentation to the various security, legal and administrative approversrequired in the process.

Reviewing, interpreting, and providing input oncontract agreements and other business-related contractual documents.

Researching whether there is already a currentsolution in use in the Commonwealth that would meet the documented businessneeds.

Overall tracking and managing of the backlog ofrequests.

Serving as an overall point of contact andsubject matter expert for both agency and delivery center staff.

Required Experience

  • Required: 2+ years full-time experience managingprojects, program management, or process administration (does not need to be inan official capacity as a project/program manager).
  • Required: 3+ years full-time experience dealing directlywith customers.
  • Required: 1+ years of experience in vendor management.
  • Required: Strong leadership andorganizational skills.

Overtime is not permitted without prior permission from the Delivery Center Chief Information Officer, Tom Diecidue. Do you accept?
