Position: Support Services Project Manager/Specialist

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or another related field

Mandatory Experience:

  • Experience/expertise managing a team responsible for redesigning/rebranding an enterprise-level website using a modern web development platform and following industry standards.
  • Experience/expertise in enterprise website development using the proposed enterprise-level web development platform.

Responsibilities:

  • The Support Services Project Manager/Specialist manages the whole project and ensures everyone works together to meet all the staff augmentation requirements.
  • Responsible for working with upper-level management and the Account Manager to ensure the goals and objectives of this project are met and LWC approves the final product.
  • Responsible for ensuring all staff submit weekly timesheets and weekly statuses to OTS/LWC
  • Responsible for submitting invoices with the approved status to OTS for payment.
