As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our mission and help grow our team.

About the Role

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end, sourcing top talent while playing a crucial role in shaping Pulley’s hiring operations. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted strategies, and implement best practices. You will be pivotal in establishing and optimizing our recruitment systems and processes, ensuring we continue to build a high-performing team as Pulley scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a wide range of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and ensure role alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively source candidates through creative channels, including direct outreach, networking, and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve hiring efficiency, candidate tracking, and ensure data integrity.
  • Establish and refine best practices in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across all functions at Pulley.
  • Collaborate with business operations to forecast headcount needs
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and drive improvements in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of attracting top-tier talent and implementing efficient hiring practices.
  • Experience with or willingness to configure an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A resourceful, scrappy mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and a bias for action.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to track and optimize recruitment metrics.
