About The Role

We are looking for a leader to provide expert guidance in deposit operations, payments, and central processing services. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. By optimizing processes, technology, and talent, you will help create a future-forward, member-centric organization.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our deposit operations products and services, ensuring top-tier service delivery and compliance with industry standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the innovation, development, and management of payments and deposit products, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.
  • Research, recommend, and implement operational policies that drive both efficiency and positive employee/member experiences.
  • Promote automation and the upskilling of talent to boost efficiency while fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Develop business cases, manage vendor relationships, and execute contracts and technology implementations to meet evolving needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for third-party vendors, maintaining strong partnerships for seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends to guide the development of new products, services, and alternative delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operations and support strategic goals.
  • Lead technology integration projects, overseeing implementation and ensuring business processes align with system upgrades.
  • Champion change management initiatives to improve business processes and drive successful system implementations.
  • Provide leadership support to executives and management, offering strategic insights to align operations with corporate objectives and growth.
  • Forecast, budget, and manage staffing needs, ensuring departmental goals are met efficiently.
  • Cultivate a leadership culture that encourages accountability, positive action, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 7-9 years of progressive experience in Financial Services, with at least 4-6 years in management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations related to deposit products, payments, and central processing.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
  • Comfort using standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and more.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Availability for occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in both Retail and Business Operations is a plus.
