Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth and productivity objectives.
- Anticipate market trends, assess risks, and recommend solutions to meet business goals.
- Foster leadership and talent development within the finance team to maintain a competitive edge.
- Serve as a key member of the Commercial Finance Leadership Team, guiding the US finance team toward achieving success.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders across multiple business units, influencing strategic decisions.
- Provide timely, actionable insights to aid in swift decision-making.
- Lead financial modeling and analysis for evaluating business opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve financial and business objectives.
- Support Commercial, Medical, and Market teams with financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Drive cash flow analytics and help markets achieve cash flow goals.
- Maintain ongoing productivity savings and analytical support.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in multinational finance, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience managing complex, multi-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success working within a matrix organization, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, and marketing processes.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
