Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Develops, leads and manages a system of care for children, adolescents and families that is responsive to both the needs of clients, the community and referral source expectations and which is consistent with guidelines for evidence-based and best practice interventions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education Level
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
Years Of Experience
Three to five years of experience in supervision within a behavioral health environment is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Licensure or path to licensure is required.
Physical Requirements
Task Percentage of Time/Frequency
Standing - 20%
Sitting - 80%
Squatting - occasional
Driving - occasional
Kneeling - occasional

Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Develops, leads and manages a system of care for children, adolescents and families that is responsive to both the needs of clients, the community and referral source expectations and which is consistent with guidelines for evidence-based and best practice interventions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruits, trains and supervises, ensuring compliance with all Centerstone policies and procedures for positions under his/her direct supervision, providing regular feedback and support and conducting annual performance reviews.
- Provides clinical supervision to staff; manages the interdisciplinary treatment team process, reviewing treatment plans for clients seen in his/her department, ensuring quality of care for treatment provided in CAF Department.
- Works in conjunction with the Director of CAF services to identify and respond to business development opportunities, develop grant proposals and/or doing business plans for new programs and services.
- Engages in community and public relations activities; developing and maintaining working relationships with relevant community agencies and other referral sources.
- Schedules and leads staff meetings on a regular basis to communicate organizational changes and priorities and to provide an opportunity for dialogue and clinical support for staff.
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Leadership skills.
- Knowledge of program development and implementation processes.
