Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Directors of Communication, focusing on performance and professional development.
- Analyze industry trends and provide insights to enhance client strategies.
- Offer guidance and support in crisis management for clients and account managers.
- Regularly engage with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any issues.
- Review and approve copywriting materials and client reports.
- Facilitate team and client meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Partner with the President and industry experts to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Maintain high standards of quality control for PR services.
- Collaborate with other performance agencies and clients to integrate services and strategies.
- Expand your network by connecting with media professionals across various sectors and media channels.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations and communications.
- Strong media connections, particularly in Non-Profit, Higher Ed, Government, and Faith sectors, are preferred.
