Recruiter

As a Recruiter with HCP Talent you'll play a crucial role in shaping both our clients' and candidates' futures. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for growth, with no earning cap.

• Starting Salary: $50,000 annually
• Commission Potential: Earn between 30-80% of your production, with commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+ annually—commission structure is uncapped

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, ensuring successful placements
• Utilize recruiting tools and materials efficiently
• Conduct cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Perform reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfort with establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical behavior
• Strong negotiation skills
