We have partnered with a large construction company in the Moore, SC area to provide them with a Construction Manager - Building Systems. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Manager - Building Systems:

#1. Must have at least 5yrs of Construction Management exp.

#2. Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or conflicts within documents.

#3. Must have knowledge of general industry safety standards and procedures.

#4. No more than 4 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Requirements Of The Construction Manager - Building Systems
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on problem-solving, effective communication, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of working with industrial manufacturing clients in various settings.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction plans and specifications, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or conflicts within the documents.
  • Solid understanding of general industry safety standards and procedures.
  • Technical expertise to accurately interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in clerical and administrative procedures, particularly document control.
  • A good grasp of basic construction principles and project management practices.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to actively participating in a small-firm culture, coupled with a high tolerance for adaptability.
