Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project finances, including ticket reconciliation, documentation, and final approvals.
  • Reconcile daily financial ledgers for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and thorough checks on all financial activities.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to track financial transactions and ticket processing.
  • Work closely with managers and directors to align day-to-day operations with project budgets and financial goals.
  • Review and verify financial documentation before final ledger sign-off, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure all reconciliations and project reports are completed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in project-based environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Excel for tracking and reconciliation purposes.
  • Understanding of project-based accounting, with a focus on accurate budget tracking and reconciliation.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
