What You'll Be Working On:

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a dynamic team. If you have a background in K-12, higher education or municipal project management and are ready to take on new challenges in a growing market, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in public sector construction project management ($30M+).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
