We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant to join our team. As a QA Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within QA processes and across operational workflows.
  • Quality Metrics: Define key quality performance indicators (KPIs), establish dashboards, and generate reports to monitor and analyze QA metrics.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformities to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, FDA), and customer-specific requirements applicable to our products and services.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance principles, best practices, and quality control techniques.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address quality-related customer feedback, implement improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.
