  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vice President Of Data Center Development (Design and Construction)

Great opportunity available for senior design/construction professionals wanting to deliver mission critical projects for a fast growing data center provider. Great package on offer as well as a genuine opportunity to progress your career in an expanding market.

As Data Center designs can vary widely with respect to densities, form factors, cooling technologies, deployment modules, etc. This role will own Data Center design and development strategy to meet hyperscale demands while focusing on speed to market and cost efficiency. As well this role will:

  • Drive Data Center site, building, and MEP planning
  • Own vendor selection, contracting, and Quality Control
  • Work in close alignment with our cross-industry Development team to advise on due diligence, civil engineering, and construction project management
  • Act as customer interface for development communications and to manage, review, and asses change order requests by end users

Benefits:

*Salary $200,000 - $250,000

*Bonus ($100,000 - $150,000)

*Upto 50% of travel

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years in strategy and execution in data center design and construction
  • Have led or overseen deployment of data centers in multiple jurisdictions
  • A desire to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with the depth and experience of 30+ year old investment and development firm
  • Ability to travel ~50%
  • Experience in site selection (Not Required)
  • Experience in construction project management (Not Required)
