  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Our client, a world-renowned multi-million-dollar manufacturer of outdoor and indoor equipment, is embarking on another exciting phase of technical transformation by expanding and enhancing their internal IT landscape. With a Global presence, over 50 locations, countless publications, & several pioneering projects in the pipeline for the next several years, they are expanding their IT team to accommodate growth fueled through acquisition and product expansion.

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their team to ensure the quality and performance of their Salesforce Service Console (SFSC) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, test automation, and manual testing. This resource must have extensive experience with Salesforce specific testing and have experience working within an e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by creating and executing functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new features and enhancements in the Salesforce Service Console.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams as well as business leadership
  • Work closely with developers to understand new features and design test strategies.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Collaborate with development teams and leadership to report findings and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on product quality and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce manual and automated testing within Salesforce Service Console (SFSC) and Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC).
  • Page Designer experience (identify changes in UI, layout, content, colors, etc.)
  • B2C Commerce Business Manager experience within Salesforce
  • Must have experience with ADA accessibility testing
  • Proficiency in Selenium Java-based framework
  • Experience with Mulesoft
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise e-commerce
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications highly valued (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
  • Running test scripts within SFCC
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
