  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Talascend is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Developer for a remote W-2 contract to possible direct hire opportunity.

REMOTE TIME ZONE: Must work in Central Time hours.

Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and analyze back-end applications, database interaction, and/or data conversion routines.
  • Perform code analysis to optimize code performance.
  • Perform data collection/analysis, report results, and formulate recommendations.
  • Self-direct work based on higher level task descriptions.
  • Work within a team structure while also self-managing daily tasks.
  • Influence designs and code techniques for individual and team use.
  • Collaborate with customer and senior management as directed.
  • Collaborate with customer product owners daily as required.
  • Demonstrate delivered products to customer at scrum demonstration events.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor s degree with at least 8-12 years related programming experience.
  • Primary skill: Java.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database and development tools and languages (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, JDeveloper, Java,
  • Oracle Application Framework [OAF], and Weblogic/JBoss JSF).
  • Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.
  • Experience using REST web services.
  • Experience working with and configuring DevSecOps pipelines and using associated tools such as Jenkins,
  • Subversion, Gitlab, Jira.
  • Experience using Scrum/Agile practices.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while interacting with other team members.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Public Trust Clearance.
  • Experience extracting data from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Reports.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Linux skills.
  • Understanding of data modeling methodologies.
  • Experience using REST web services.
  • Experience working with and configuring DevSecOps pipelines and using associated tools such as Jenkins,
  • Subversion, Gitlab, Jira.
