Sparks Group's health care partner is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Analyst to join their Provider Networks Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our success and performance in various health plan value-based contracts, including Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Provider Networks Team to process and analyze large healthcare data sets obtained from health plan portals.
  • Prepare and format data for seamless integration into the Aledade App, ensuring it's readily available to our provider partners at the point of care.
  • Contribute to value-based care performance activities within the team, driving positive outcomes for patients and providers alike.
  • Identify trends and insights within data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy and completeness through effective cleaning and processing procedures.

Who you are:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Are a master of Google Suite tools, particularly Google Sheets, utilizing formulas and creating pivot tables with ease.
  • Can seamlessly navigate health plan data sources and payer portals.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at working independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus points if you have familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid value-based care models and STARS/HEDIS quality measures.
