A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Knowledge of contact center phone systems
  • Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems
  • Ability to learn Microsoft SharePoint and IBM Rational Change and Configuration Management (CCM) tools
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems using research techniques
  • Ability to learn Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Service Management tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Experience providing first and second tier help desk support

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
