About the Opportunity

The Sales Support Administrator provides support to the Sales Team to ensure optimal operations and efficiency. The position performs a wide range of administrative and logistical duties that result in high employee productivity and completion of tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Processes orders related to quotes, purchases and returns; ensures that all information is accurate, complete and properly recorded/entered into portals or MRP
  • Works with various departments to prepare key documents
  • Navigates customer portals to retrieve information, make requests and to acknowledge order confirmations
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical/logistical duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, setting up for and hosting customer visits and reception desk coverage
  • Performs other job duties as assigned

  • Previous order entry experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime as needed
  • Weekends as needed

Work Setting:

  • On-site only

Job Type: Full-time

California Pay Range: $19.74 USD - $24 USD

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
