Your Role in Supporting Employee Well-Being

As a Benefits Administrator, you’ll be the point person for all things benefits! Here’s a glimpse of your exciting day-to-day:

  • Be the Benefits Guru: You’ll guide employees through their benefit options, enrollment, and eligibility requirements, making the process smooth and stress-free.
  • Champion Leave of Absence Programs: From FMLA to maternity leave, you’ll ensure employees are supported and compliant with all state and federal regulations.
  • Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Resolve claims, billing discrepancies, and vendor issues quickly, helping employees feel supported every step of the way.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep benefits and leave programs running smoothly with regular audits, ensuring everything is accurate and in tip-top shape.

Who You Are: A Benefits Leader

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration.
  • You’re an excellent communicator who loves helping people understand their benefits.
  • You’ve got a knack for problem-solving and can handle everything from 401K questions to leave of absence concerns with ease.
  • You know your way around HRIS software, Excel, and other office tools, keeping everything organized and on track.
