Day to Day:

The Project Coordinator role is an integral supportive function that reports to the BIS Director Core Projects. This role is responsible for supporting the team through managing the reporting of project data - fundamental role in managing the health of a project. The Project Coordinator will also assist in facilitating needs between team members, executives, and external parties such as suppliers, and customers.

  • Assist in creation and management of documentation for processes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with project team members and other relevant parties. This includes defining communication protocols, assisting in project meetings when necessary, and providing timely updates on project data
  • Maintain and monitor progress tracking within a project
  • Calendar Management
  • Coordinate Director’s calendar
  • Support Director with correspondence
  • Ability to effectively record and maintain detailed notes during meetings, discussions, and other relevant interactions.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management, meeting coordination, and communication.
  • Special Projects
