- Greets and assists guests upon entry to the University Communications and Marketing (UCM) suite.
- Provides general administrative support to UCM staff, including conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and catering requests.
- Manages UCM and brand-related merchandise inventory and requests.
- Monitors office supplies and places orders with vendors as needed.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
