Location: Glen Burnie, MD

Skills:

• Organizing, managing, and planning complex projects
• Providing strategic guidance to teams
• Overseeing the progress of operations
• Delegating work and assignments to team members
• Conducting cost analysis and risk assessments
• Acting as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
• Outlining tasks involved in the project and delegating accordingly
• Conducting cost analysis and preparing and implementing a budget based on estimates
• Conducting risk assessments and reporting identified risks to management
• Addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
• Acting as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors
• Communicating and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, desired or relevant job experience in lieu of degree
• At least five years of related experience required
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
  
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
