  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Car Detailer/Washer, you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen your customer service skills by interacting with customers and ensuring they have a highly positive experience with our car wash. From greeting them as they hand you their vehicle keys, to efficiently and quickly cleaning the inside of the vehicle and giving them a friendly smile as you send them off to enjoy the rest of their day, you are the person that can brighten the smile on their face.

Basic roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the customer experience and ensure the smooth delivery of car wash services in alignment with documented service levels and BTCW Quality Policy (QP).
  • Responsible for demonstrating and performing all site opening and closing procedures, based on assigned work area; including, but not limited to, daily maintenance, examining and activating equipment, and ensuring site cleanliness.
  • Interact with all customers in a positive, friendly manner while working in a 2-person team to efficiently vacuum and clean the inside of each customer vehicle per BTCW procedures.
