Top Ranked General Contractor actively seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead their projects through completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Food & Beverage Processing projects through to completion up to $100M. Lead Superintendent ensures these projects are successfully delivered within schedule and budget along with managing vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout the projects. Superintendent must have Process Equipment and Process Piping experience in the food and beverage industry.

Select Responsibilities:

  • Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
  • Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
  • Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
  • Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Lead Superintendent experience on Food & Beverage Processing, Process Pipping/Equipment, Industrial, and other Manufacturing projects
  • Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
