We are searching for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team! We are seeking a Registered Nurse based in our Matthews office. This position is responsible for providing clinical support for our Neurosurgery and Physiatry teams in the office and via the phone to patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, recovery, and medical care evaluation. This position will work closely with a Neurosurgeon, Physiatrist, or APP in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience with triaging patient phone calls and calling patients with results and recommendations.
  • 2-3 years of patient care experience specifically in neurosurgery is preferred.
  • Valid Registered NC license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication skills with Physicians and APPs.
  • Strong assessment, decision making skills, and is a self-starter that can work in a team environment.
  • Documentation and order entry in EHR.
  • Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations.
  • Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.
  • Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
  • Other duties as assigned by changing needs, patient flow, or physician request.

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 40 hours/week

Specific start/end times are based on clinic assignment.
