Are you an HR visionary with a knack for managing diverse HR functions across a dynamic portfolio? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Director to join our team and lead our HR efforts through exciting times of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Provide guidance to leadership teams across various subsidiaries.
- Team Management: Lead a small team including 1 direct report and part-time consultants. Oversee both centralized and decentralized HR functions.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes and onboarding programs. Ensure effective use of tools like Dayforce ATS and HireRight.
- Benefits Administration: Administer health benefits, life insurance, 401K plans, and other employee benefits. Collaborate with partners such as VOYA, Benetech, and UNUM.
- Employee Relations: Address employee performance issues, mediate conflicts, and enhance employee engagement programs.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, EEO reporting, and OSHA standards. Manage workplace safety and reasonable accommodation efforts.
- HRIS Management: Oversee HR information systems and data management. Ensure accurate payroll processing and record-keeping.
- Wellness Programs: Promote wellness initiatives and work-life balance policies. Support employee well-being through various programs.
- Talent Management: Lead succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
- Internal Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies and gather employee feedback.
- Strategic Planning: Align HR initiatives with company goals and manage change effectively.
- Experience: 7-10 years of HR experience, particularly in managing HR functions across a diverse portfolio. Experience in service companies related to healthcare is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in handling complex HR issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Ceridian and ADP. Knowledge of various HR technology systems is beneficial.
