Job Description
This position is a Production Readiness Supervision role and is responsible for day-to-day production readiness and continuous improvement. This includes managing the Production Readiness Team to accomplish the timely completion of daily tasks including drafting, proofing, blanking, documentation, and assembly. Further, the continuous improvement of day-to-day readiness requires the consistent application of the Unity Concepts of Velocity. This role involves leading and organizing a small team as well as prioritizing projects.

- Strong proficiency using SolidWorks sheet metal
- Mechanical design experience in a relatable industry
- Experience designing sheet metal for manufacturing
