The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a technology company! They are looking for an Customer Onboarding & Support Specialist to join their team.

About Us

We are a technology company that focuses on the parking segments of traditional on-street and off-street parking as well as real estate or residential campus environments where credentialed access control is required. We are the market leader in the NYC area and are looking to expand nationally via direct and indirect sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end process of onboarding clients to Parking Base platform to manage permit based parking.
  • Provide training to clients on how to use the platform for parking management.
  • Build excellent relationships with clients and meet with them daily to answer their questions and to inform them about the new features available on the platform.
  • Communicate and work with the internal software development and quality assurance teams to remediate any issues in the platform or to implement new features that will enhance the product.
  • Train new team members in the Customer Onboarding & Support team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Accounting ERP (e.g. Sage, NetSuite, Yardi) system implementation,
  • onboarding and support experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Prior experience in using ERP systems for Accounting and Accounts Receivable is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Remote position.
