A reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant is needed at an esteemed global finance firm in Midtown, NY. This position will support multiple busy executives with a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as gatekeeper to the executive and handle communications
- Maintain calendars and organize meetings across time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel, monitor expenses, and prepare reports
- Manage meeting logistics and distribute materials as needed
- Support ad-hoc administrative needs and special projects
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting 5+ executives
- Background in financial services
- Experience booking international travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
