Senior Manager, Operations Integration

The Senior Manager Operations Integration is responsible for the seamless integration of global supply chain processes, systems, and data. This role combines the strategic thinking of a supply chain project manager with the operational focus of a global process owner. The Integrator will lead cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and data standardization initiatives to optimize global operations. Additionally, this role will oversee the development and management of a comprehensive project portfolio aligned with achieving our True North.

The position will report to the Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics. This role is based out of our NYC Headquarters and requires 1-2 days in office per week.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute a global operations integration roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Conduct gap analyses to assess current state operations and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain a project portfolio that aligns with business strategy and priorities.
• Prepare and deliver strategy documents, presentations and business cases.
• Project Management:
• Lead complex cross-functional project teams to deliver integration initiatives on time, within budget, and meeting defined scope.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and balance project demands within the overall project portfolio.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Develop and document standardized operating procedures.
• Conduct process audits and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.
• System Integration:
• Lead the integration of global systems and data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance processes.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Resolve conflicts and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Change Management:
• Develop and execute change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
• Measure and communicate change impact.
• Manage GOAL Ways of working calendar & cadence.
• Portfolio Management:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio aligned with business strategy.
• Prioritize projects based on strategic importance, resource availability, and risk.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust as needed.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or operations, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a global environment, and a deep understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
• Proven project management experience, including PMP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with global supply chain processes and systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including the preparation of presentations and other strategic communications).
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Experience in portfolio management and prioritization.
  
  

Salary Range

$125,000—$140,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
