Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a ServiceNow Developer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in San Diego, CA .

Responsibilities :
  • Provide day-to-day support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Perform basic form and workflow development to maintain and enhance platform functionality.
  • Assist with regular updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the platform.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand requirements and deliver basic configurations and customizations as needed.
  • Document changes and maintain up-to-date records of development activities.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on platform administration, incident resolution, and basic development tasks.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Request Management, and basic Workflow Development.
  • Ability to perform basic script writing and form configuration in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a contract or consulting role, supporting ServiceNow environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
