Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects in the data domain, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget control.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product management, and business units, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
  • Independent Execution: Own projects fully, providing regular updates, managing risks, and ensuring all milestones are achieved with minimal supervision.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including team members, budgets, and tools, to optimize project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices in project management and data operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical project management, focusing on data-centric projects in fintech or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analytics tools.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven expertise in managing complex projects using methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
