  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Technical Compliance Content Specialist to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content search methodologies, particularly within Microsoft Purview, and possess strong technical abilities to support legal and compliance requirements.

Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.

What YOU Will Do
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand search requirements and compliance objectives.
  • Translate legal and compliance guidance into technical search parameters and criteria.
  • Develop and execute complex content searches within Microsoft Purview, using advanced eDiscovery and search functionalities.
  • Implement search strategies to retrieve relevant data, such as emails, documents, and other digital content, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Generate detailed reports and summaries of search results, providing clear and concise documentation for legal review.
  • Refine search criteria and methodologies in collaboration with legal and compliance teams to meet evolving requirements.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to maintain data privacy and security throughout the search process.

What YOU Will Bring Us
  • Proficiency in content search methodologies within Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong technical skills in creating and executing complex KQL search queries.
  • Ability to translate legal and compliance requirements into actionable search criteria.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in search execution and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting legal or compliance functions in a technical role (preferred).
  • Certification or training in content search methodologies or eDiscovery tools is a plus.
  • Experience with additional search and retrieval tools or platforms outside of Microsoft Purview is preferred.
  • Cloud forensics experience is a plus.
