( MyChart Support / Epic Trainers) 100 % interview
Location: Yonkers, NY On-Site
MyChart At Elbow support for patients, front desk, and providers. Educating and assisting with the functionalities that Mychart offers. Pre Check in, SMS messaging, insurance information, etc. Patient doing pre check in and front desk knowing where to get that information, etc. Assist with refining features/check-in process.
Some of them will be more responsible for data clean up internally, mapping what has been done, what still needs to be done, gaps in workflow, etc.
Some working with Providers making sure they are utilizing digital scribe correctly (Dax Co-pilot), making sure it is being used. Assisting with provider workflow utilizing Haiku and HyperDrive. Assisting with any errors or troubleshooting needed.

MyChart Support, ATE Support for Patients, Front Desk, and Providers
Any Haiku
Any Hello World
Montefiore Experience a huge plus
Application Design & Support:
Would need all the MyChart experience and be able to analyze the workflow, gap analysis, data mapping
Change management
