Successful Candidates Will Be Professional, Articulate, And Organized, With Two Years Of Customer Service Experience. Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Answering phones
- Accurately scheduling appointments
- Helping educate clients on preventative care and prescribed medications
- Checking clients/patients in and out and explaining
- Maintaining medical records
- Communicating with medical staff to ensure a seamless experience and to answer all questions
