They are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact healthcare technology projects in the Owensboro, KY, and Louisville regions. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the timely delivery of IT projects while meeting business requirements and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of technical initiatives, from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Track project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and manage any deviations to minimize project risks.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of IT solutions, including software, infrastructure, and cloud-based systems.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and post-project evaluations to identify and act on lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project / program management
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • 1+ years of experience with defining project responsibilities and process with stakeholders
  • Willing or ability to work 75% of the time on site
  • Reside within a 50 mile radius of Owensboro, KY
